Marlins Park is one of Miami, Florida’s most popular stadiums. It’s also home of the Miami Marlins baseball team and I was granted the opportunity to take a tour of it. During this time the Marlins were playing the Philadelphia Phillies and although my home team, Miami, loss it was a great experience for me. This was my first baseball game and I was super excited. Once I arrived I met up with the communications manager and he took myself and my team on a tour we started on the baseball field where the Phillies were practicing and surrounding the field are over 500 fish tanks.

Miami is also known for partying and South, Beach is one of our main attractions. On South Beach there’s a club called the Clevelander. Well, they also have one inside of Marlins Park, but it was privately rented out this day. The owner of the stadium is known for loving art as well. Throughout our tour I noticed there were large beautiful pieces of unique art hanging in different areas of the park.

That’s when I learned the owner loves collecting expensive pieces of art. One of my most favorite moments of my tour visit was this bobble head shelf. There had to be over 1,000 bobbles heads in one glass shelf of different baseball all players and even some celebrity bobble heads. By this time the tour was over and the game was about to start. The national anthem was sung and the first pitch was pitched by NFL Vikings player Teddy Bridgewater.

Then the game began! All in all, I absolutely loved my first experience and I plan to attend another game.
