(REVIEW): The Best Place To Brunch In Midtown Miami “Novecento”

IMAG0079

In Miami there aren’t many places where you can have brunch, but luckily I found the perfect where you can literally have french fries and an omelette all while drinking a mimosa at 1:00 pm. One Saturday I decided to visit an area known for having many restaurants, Midtown, which is located in the heart of Miami. Opening it’s first location in 1991, Novecento is the best and only place of my knowledge to grab brunch in Miami. They’re a European style bistro, with Latin American influences and I must say they live up to their expectation. During my visit I ordered the french toast topped with powdered sugar and strawberries along with a mimosa.

When I took my first bite I was instantly drawn in, the food was so moist and delicious I almost ordered a second round. It was something that I’ve never experienced before. While eating there you feel so at home and the quality of the food is so rich in taste. I also brought along a guest with me and my guest ordered the omelette with french fries. The omelette is filled with salmon, spinach and onions and the french fries were warm, crispy and golden with the perfect taste. Our afternoon ended with a tasty chocolate dessert treat.

I’d highly recommend “Novecento” if you’re looking for somewhere in Miami to have brunch or even to eat dinner. It’s a nice place to take the family and enjoy a lovely Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
